GALLUP — Rehoboth McKinley Christian Hospital executives are hard pressed to offer legal reasons for their refusal to release the contracts of four interim administrators for public inspection and the Independent wants to know why — especially after Chief Financial Officer Mark Hall reported in August that the hospital lost $2.2 million in revenue between Jan 1-July 30.
